Dance and Burn

Description: This class combines cardiovascular exercise using dance choreography and strengthening/toning exercises.

SPECIAL CLASS on March 16: Join Michelle for a Basketball-Themed Dance and Burn as the NCAA's March Madness kicks off. We will sweat it out dancing and cheering on the court followed by basketball drills and agility exercises! You may wear your favorite school or dress as a cheerleader or basketball player! Mark your calendar for this wild and energetic event!!!

Description: Come ride with me and burn 300-600 calories per class. All levels of fitness are welcome, it’s low impact and you can control your intensity.
