Our mY Next Level Program ($150 value) includes:
- (4) check in appointments – includes weight, measurements, body fat and goal setting
- A 6-week work-out plan - one for each fitness level, beginner, intermediate and advanced
- A meal plan based on personal calorie intake (RD will calculate for each person), a grocery list and healthy eating tips

Y Success Stories
In April of 2016, the Y's healthy living staff developed a 12-week transformation program for members that included an initial weigh-in and a consultation to set goals for diet and exercise. The program also included an invitation to members to weigh in with a fitness staff person once a week over the 12-week period to evaluate progress and offer encouragement.
