At the Y, we strive to help you build healthy habits for a lifetime. We not only provide programs and services that help you get started on a healthier you. We also offer personalized programs to keep you on track. We want you for form lasting friendships that will help you become a stronger, healthier individual. Your fitness success is a priority, and we are committed to helping you achieve your overall fitness goals.

GROUP EXERCISE
Group exercise classes are included in the cost of your monthly membership fees. Each branch offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels. We have both morning and evening classes available. Come out and try a class today!

Health Screenings: Onsite screenings including Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, Blood Pressure, BMI (Body Mass Index) and other health related screenings.

Path to Wellness: A 6 week doctor referral program to provide guidance, encouragement and education. Participants may experience results such as improved chronic health conditions, Care in The Community Dub Ting weight loss, enhanced strength, flexibility and heart conditions and overall better quality of life.

Tai Chi: An 8 week progressive course that promotes serenity through gentle movements. Great for those living with Arthritis!

Matter of Balance: A program for ages 60+ designed to help manage falls and increase activity.
