3:30-5:30 | Shoulder Workshop
CHAIR YOGA WORKOUT will be learning breathing techniques, warmups, standing and balancing poses, seated stretches. You will also discuss the use of props and limitations for older adults.
SHOULDER YOGA WORKOUT will be discussing shoulder movements, how the humerus, scapula, and serratus anterior are involved with the movements. You will also work with the upper crossed syndrome like head pulling forward and tight chest muscles.
(These Classes can be used for CEUs or just to learn as a member. This is NOT a certification class.)
