Now, more than ever, it’s important we maintain a healthy spirit, mind, and body to guide us through these uncertain times. And now, like always, the Y is here for you!
We’re offering a BRAND NEW member challenge to keep your spirit strong, your mind active, and your body moving while practicing social distancing.
Start date is April 1
HOW TO PLAY
It’s easy to participate! Take a photo of yourself doing an activity that strengthens your spirit, mind or body. Post the photo on your Facebook page and use the hashtag #HealthYatHome. There’s no limit to how many times you can post a day. We’ll randomly pick winners weekly, and have prizes ready for you when we reopen.
