The Y does a variety of creative fitness challenges to keep members engaged and excited about their fitness journey.
VIRUS WHO? 150 MINUTES FITNESS CHALLENGE
Keeping up or even getting started with a fitness routine is hard, but even harder during this unprecedented time. Here at the Y, we love to get you moving, and we are bringing you a perfect at-home fitness challenge to help you get started or stay on track! Join us May 4- May 31 as we work together to stay home and beat the Coronavirus!

HOW TO PLAY
- Complete 150 minutes a week of exercise. Any exercise counts, the goal is to keep moving.
- As you complete 150 mins each week, fill out the tracking form, found in the Daxko App.
- For every 150 minutes completed and track, gives you one entry to our weekly drawing.
**To be considered for the drawing, your form must be submitted by Sunday, May 31 at 6 pm.

Attend Virtual Live Classes, complete a Y360 class or a pre-recorded class, or go for a walk! Any exercise counts, just keep moving!
