Our 6 week SPRING GREEN challenge is just what you need to keep rocking those New Year’s resolutions!

HOW IT WORKS
- No need to sign up for this challenge, just use your smart phone’s camera to scan the QR code below. If the QR code does not work with your camera, simply type the following link into your internet browser: bit.ly/springgreenchallenge.
- Fill out the Google document that pops up.
- The form will include four exercises (upper body, lower body, core and cardio), with beginner and advanced options. Exercises will change weekly.
- Submit form no more than once a day.
- The more days you complete the exercises and submit a form, up to 7 days a week, the more chances you will have to win a weekly prize.
