Cross Training Room

If you feel like you’re stuck at a fitness level, not making progress or just bored with your usual routine, you might want to consider visiting the Harrisburg or Kannapolis branches’ Cross Training Rooms.

Evidence suggests that doing bursts of hard exercise or workouts with high peaks and valleys can dramatically improve cardiovascular fitness and raise the body’s potential to burn fat, even during low or moderate intensity workouts.

We post new cross training workouts daily, including movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, heavy ropes, weightlifting, and carrying objects such as kettle bells and medicine balls. Our fitness staff combines and re-arranges the cross training elements often, resulting in an intense workout.
