These classes are designed to teach in more detail the poses, flows, and balance of Yoga. Yogalates is a fusion of light core strengthening exercises and gentle stretching with relaxation.

Take Your Workout to the Next Level with Body Blaster and Core Class!

The Y offers a Body Blaster and Core class designed for the fitness enthusiast that wants more push, speed, and explosion in a workout.

Our morning Boot Camp is designed to get you out of your fitness rut. Our classes will keep you guessing with a mixture of weights, cardio and core. Modifications will be provided to accommodate
beginners to advanced.
