Our mY Next Level Program
If you are a seasoned athlete or new to exercise, mY Next Level is the program for you. This 6-week program will give you the extra push or jump start needed to meet your goals.
mY Next Level is a Customized Nutrition and Exercise Program ($150 value) which offers:
- Weekly check in appointments, including weight, measurements, body fat and goal setting.
- A 6-week workout plan - one for each fitness level: beginner, intermediate and advanced.
- A meal plan based on personal calorie intake (Registered Dietitian will calculate for each person), a grocery list and healthy eating tips.

Y Success Stories
When I first read about My Next Level, I saw it as a way to get started on being healthier without killing myself with goals that were too strenuous. I am happy to say that having my checkins with Amy were the most motivating part of this program for me. Those weigh in “truth moments” with her were an inspiration and encouragement to keep me going through the 6-week program. The exercises and routines were highly achievable and I plan to continue working on them through the winter months. I would be happy to sign up for another 6-week program to balance out the upcoming holiday indulgences. Thank you YMCA for offering a program for success for me!
In April of 2016, the Y's healthy living staff developed a 12-week transformation program for members that included an initial weigh-in and a consultation to set goals for diet and exercise. The program also included an invitation to members to weigh in with a fitness staff person once a week over the 12-week period to evaluate progress and offer encouragement.
