How does personal training work?
Members will go through an initial consultation to discuss exercise history, health history, goals and nutritional concerns. Members can also add a Health Coaching session valued at $50 for $25 with the purchase of the ‘6 or more sessions’ package. The Trainer will work with the member to motivate, educate, make basic nutritional recommendations and provide a varied exercise program specific to the member’s needs. Sessions last one hour. 30-minute sessions are sometimes offered. Ask your Trainer.
