This unique, FREE program offers four weeks of group training in a comfortable, noncompetitive environment, promoting proper muscular strength and endurance training techniques with a certified Personal Trainer in a six-person setting.

The class will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am in the Fitness Center.
