Athletic attire such as basketball shorts, nylon shorts, t-shirts, and other cotton apparel, (with the exception of long sleeves and pants), slides, flip-flops or aquatics shoes can be worn.
If you have medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, respiratory problems, or are pregnant, you should consult a physician for information on how exposure to high heat might affect you.
Remove contact lenses before entering sauna room.
Jewelry should not be worn in sauna room due to extreme heat factor.
Use of sauna increases pulse rate, increases body temperature and changes blood pressure. The individual effects are unpredictable and could be physically hazardous. See your physician prior to using these facilities.
Use the emergency button on the wall if you need assistance.
Patrons 15 years and under are not permitted in the sauna.
Observe a 10 minute time limit in the sauna.
Do not spray water on or place a towel or clothing over sensor or heating element.
Everyone must shower before using.
