Try Cycling! Instructors will be in the studio before class to help
beginners get set up on a bike.
Cycling classes are in Studio B at the following times:
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays | 5:30-6:15am
- Mondays | 8:15-9:15am
- Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays | 12:00-1:00pm
- Mondays | 5:40-6:30pm
- Wednesdays and Fridays | 5:45-6:30pm
- Saturdays | 8:30-9:30am
- Starting in October: Thursdays | 8:30-9:15am
