Youth Sports The Y is a great place for your children to be active and develop healthy habits to carry throughout their lives. Whether it’s gaining confidence by learning a new skill or making new friends through teamwork and good sportsmanship, playing sports at the Y is about building children from the inside out. Teen Activities We offer a variety of opportunities for our teens through programs that are focused on providing quality programming and enrichment. Whether your teens hang out in our Teen Center, volunteer with our Teen Leader's Club, are part of the Youth and Government program, participate in our Teen Fit Program, or join our Middle School programs, we can keep your teens engaged. Kids Activities The Y has a lot more for kids than just sports. Our programming includes activities like dance, tae kwon do, and cheer and tumble. Youth FitZone and our annual Kids Triathlon also help kids become active and healthy at the same time.
