The Y has a lot more for kids than just sports. Our programming includes activities like dance, tae kwon do, and cheer and tumble. Youth FitZone and our annual Kids Triathlon also help kids become active and healthy at the same time.

Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do training teaches life skills, such as goal setting, integrity, confidence, discipline and respect. Beyond just kicks and punches, our instructor teaches skills to help you succeed in all areas of life! Students of this ancient martial art will gain self-discipline, commitment and responsibility, while having a great time in a noncompetitive environment.
This is an instructor-led program that teaches physical activity and healthy lifestyles for youth 5-10 years old. They can exercise at their own pace through age-appropriate activities.
