Kids Activities

The Y has a lot more for kids than just sports. Our programming includes activities like dance, Tae Kwon Do, and cheer and tumble. Youth FitZone and our annual Kids Triathlon also help kids become active and healthy at the same time.

Homeschool PE

Are you the parent of a homeschooler and looking for physical activities for your child? With Homeschool PE kids will experience age-appropriate activities including gym & field games, relays, swimming, strength conditioning and group exercise classes.

Tae Kwon Do

Tae Kwon Do training teaches life skills, such as goal setting, integrity, confidence, discipline and respect. Beyond just kicks and punches, our instructor teaches skills to help you succeed in all areas of life! Students of this ancient martial art will gain self-discipline, commitment and responsibility, while having a great time in a noncompetitive environment.

Youth FitZone

This is an instructor-led program that teaches physical activity and healthy lifestyles for youth 5-9 years old. They can exercise at their own pace through age-appropriate activities.

Dance Classes

Our dance classes are designed to enhance fine and gross motor skills as well as cultivate imagination, creativity and social development in a caring environment. Students will grow and develop as they learn the fundamental vocabulary and skills associated with dance.

Kids Summer Series

Join us for our Kids Summer series from June 12– August 9. We will be offering bootcamp and yoga each week for participants ages 8 –12. These classes are free to all members. This will be a great opportunity to learn new exercise routines and gain confidence and strength.
