TAE KWON DO training focuses on goal setting, integrity, confidence, discipline and respect. Beyond just kicks and punches, our instructor teaches skills to help you succeed in all areas of life! Students of this ancient martial art will gain self-discipline, commitment and responsibility, while having a great time in a noncompetitive environment. The Korean self-defense system known as Hapkido will be introduced as well. All classes are taught in a traditional manner. This is an advanced level class and will meet for 90 minutes.
